Material and process characteristics
High quality solid wood: mainly uses high-quality wood such as white wax wood. These woods have delicate textures and uniform structures, making them very suitable for bending processing.
Exquisite laminated bending technology: In order to achieve that iconic integrated curve, Maruni used advanced laminated Bentwood technology. Press, bend, and shape multi-layer thin wood sheets in a mold to form a complex shape that is both strong and elastic. This is a modern inheritance and innovation of the classic qu wood craftsmanship from the early 20th century.
Comfortable seating surface: The seating surface is usually made of a layer of high-quality plywood, which has also been bent to form a micro concave surface that conforms to ergonomics, providing comfortable support. There are padded versions of the seat surface covered with wool velvet or leather, as well as all wood versions without cushions.
